My absolutely favorite brand of paint markers are Posca Paint pens with extra fine pen tips. These water-based paint markers also come in natural pastel colors as well. They are shown in the pic above. However, what really stood out are the extras that you will not find in other low priced sets. You might have to buy them separately and end up spending more than what you would pay for this kit. Don’t leave your paint brushes in a water cup for long periods of time. This will distort the bristles causing it to bend and fray. Keep your brushes upright or horizontal to protect the bristles.

Wet the provided sponge and place it on the decal and press firmly. We counted to 30 and then removed the paper. Brush size depends on the size of the stones you are painting on. Typically, small size brushes are used for detail work, and mid-size brushes are probably the largest size you will need to for painting on stones. Once fully dry, it may be difficult to clean the paint off some surfaces and even clothes because acrylic paint turns to a solid hard coat. I’m always on the lookout for meaningful and fun activities that will get my kids thinking about other people. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean dried on paint from your dotting tools.
