Address is fake for 7 Bell Yard London, It took 23 days before my broken Cactus Toy arrived with no battery cover and broken plastic casing.

Refuse to refund even though the item was sent and received at the wrong location and has apparently been “delivered”.It will definitely take a month or so (I'm in New Zealand) to arrive as it's coming from China, not the UK. Not the "authentic" /original one (I bought from this site thinking it was - trying to do the right thing as I'd seen replicas everywhere! They admitted their fault but apparently because I didn't complain within 30 days after receiving it, they won't do anything.

I bought the cactus and when I received it (after almost a month even though they were stating 7-13 days, completely missed the Christmas), it was working as promised until the point I wanted to charge it.I read all these reviews after purchasing my cactus toy and panicked - but then was surprised when it turned up in the mail. The perfect gift for family and friends alike, this hilarious toy is guaranteed to bring lots of laughter! This is not visible unless you deliberately check it, which I haven't thought of at all when I received it.
