I've purchased quite a few Bosch garden tools over the years and have found them to be of high quality and longevity. I own a lot of Bosch electric power tools and was comfortable with the brand, even though you obviously pay a bit more for the name, but it's certainly worth it in this instance. This is two weeks old and on my way to get a flymo strimmer this afternoon, this will be literally going on the council tip. It's this ethos, which has allowed Robert Bosch GmbH and Bosch Garden Tools to maintain the enviable place in the market they hold today.

hrs a week and for only 8 months of the year, I was a bit fed-up to say the least when it just stopped working the other day - July 2017, this is a great shame because it's a jolly good little strimmer, although I should have bought the one with the longer cable, but it's light, easy to use and does a good job - I am now having to use my mother's heavy Flymo 2 cord strimmer (what is the point of two cords) and it doesn't do the job half as well. Weighing in at 1700 g, it has a cutting diameter of up to 230 mm and a rotational speed of up to 12500 RPM. The cutting diameter is a little on the small side too, and of course unless you take the guard off (which is not advisable and possibly dangerous), it will only whizz around and cut a very small circular area at a time. Runs on Bosch lithium-ion technology with increased runtime, minimal weight and small space requirement - the new Bosch 10. I even did next door's patch as well as her allotment shared the same bit of grass (jungle) pathway.Fully agree with other reviewers that this tool is a complete waste of money and time spend on the purchase.
