Manara the cat is slowly getting better. Unfortunately, we still don’t have the chance to give her the injection she needs, but my sister is giving her an antibiotic for human children. She is eating, her ears are clearing up, and she is sleeping a lot. In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is His name whereby He shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS” ( Jeremiah 23:6). a b Constance Jones; James D. Ryan (2006). Encyclopedia of Hinduism. Infobase Publishing. pp.315–. ISBN 978-0-8160-7564-5.

I Am that I Am" is a common English translation of the Hebrew phrase אֶהְיֶה אֲשֶׁר אֶהְיֶה‎‎ ( ’ehye ’ăšer ’ehye; pronounced [ʔehˈje ʔaˈʃer ʔehˈje])– also " I am who (I) am", " I will become what I choose to become", " I am what I am", " I will be what I will be", " I create what(ever) I create", or " I am the Existing One". [1] The traditional English translation within Judaism favours " I will be what I will be" because the imperfective aspect in Modern Hebrew is normally used for future tense and there is no present tense with direct object of the verb " to be" in the Hebrew language. Practicing gratitude makes individuals happier within themselves and exudes positive vibes, conveying a sense of warmth and connection with everyone around them. Your expectation of something unique and dramatic, of some wonderful explosion, is merely hindering and delaying your Self Realization. You are not to expect an explosion, for the explosion has already happened - at the moment when you were born, when you realized yourself as Being-Knowing-Feeling. There is only one mistake you are making: you take the inner for the outer and the outer for the inner. What is in you, you take to be outside you and what is outside, you take to be in you. The mind and feelings are external, but you take them to be intimate. You believe the world to be objective, while it is entirely a projection of your psyche. That is the basic confusion and no new explosion will set it right! You have to think yourself out of it. There is no other way.”

Has God Always Existed?

The phrase translated “I am who I am” in Hebrew is ehyeh asher ehyeh. The word ehyeh is the first person common singular of the verb to be. It would be used in any number of normal situations: “I am watching the sheep,” “I am walking on the road,” or “I am his father.” However, when used as a stand-alone description, I AM is the ultimate statement of self-sufficiency, self-existence, and immediate presence. God’s existence is not contingent upon anyone else. His plans are not contingent upon any circumstances. He promises that He will be what He will be; that is, He will be the eternally constant God. He stands, ever-present and unchangeable, completely sufficient in Himself to do what He wills to do and to accomplish what He wills to accomplish. In Summa Theologiae, I.13.11: "God revealed his name to Moses as HE WHO IS. And this is a most appropriate name inasmuch as it derives not from any particular form but from existence itself [ipsum esse], and its manner of expression does not as other names do delimit God's substance, and represents God's existence in the present tense as knowing neither past nor future." As quoted in " "I AM WHO I AM": Thomas Aquinas and the Metaphysics of the Exodus" . Retrieved May 15, 2023. The phrase “I am that I am” carries a deep spiritual meaning that, when understood, can serve as a powerful tool for personal growth. All the names of God which occur in Scripture are derived from His works except one, and that is Jehovah; and this is called the plain name, because it teaches plainly and unequivocally of the substance of God. 3 In the Hindu Advaita Vedanta, the South Indian sage Ramana Maharshi mentions that of all the definitions of God, "none is indeed so well put as the biblical statement 'I am that I am '". He maintained that although Hindu scripture contains similar statements, the Mahavakyas, these are not as direct as given in Exodus. [18] Further the "I am" is explained by Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj as an abstraction in the mind of the Stateless State, of the Absolute, or the Supreme Reality, called Parabrahman: it is pure awareness, prior to thoughts, free from perceptions, associations, memories. Parabrahman is often considered to be a cognate term for the Supreme Being in Hinduism.

The name Jehovah may not have been revealed until Exodus, but it was clearly present as early as man’s fall. Many scholars believe it was here, in the shadow of man’s greatest failure, that the first manifestation of God’s loving grace is seen, as He instituted the sacrificial system as a means for sinful man to cover his sin. Interestingly, no one really knows how to pronounce this most important of God’s names. Because it was considered too holy to utter, down through the ages YHVH was vowel-pointed with the vowels for Adonai. Today almost all Jewish people automatically say “Adonai” whenever they see this name in the Sidur(Jewish prayer book) or Scriptures. Some will simply say “Ha-Shem,” which means “the name.” It spoke not in English, nor Latin nor Hebrew nor Greek. Its logos was supreme – all words, songs and languages that would ever come to be. The Word rang from the Void and raced out from the Heavens, filling the Nothing with All. You are one with the universe. You ARE the person in front of you in traffic, the angry boss and the screaming baby. By repeating this mantra during the day, you remind yourself that you are connected to everyone, and you can more easily remain in a state of peace, joy, and bliss, despite the challenges you may be confronted with throughout the day. Why Use This Mantra? The phrase is originally found in the Upanishads, such as Verse 16 of the Isha Upanishad, which reads:Nisargadatta Maharaj; Vasistha (2010). The Seven Steps to Awakening. Freedom Religion Press. ISBN 978-0-9797267-6-7. Here, we explore the spiritual significance behind this powerful statement and how we can apply it to our everyday lives. Higher Power Is Everything This phrase holds numerous layers of meaning, ranging from its origin in Exodus 3:14 to its potential interpretation as an expression of one’s identity. So the Ideas in this book given by Maharaj really makes sense. .. But almost every chapter is an overdose of ideas and it gets petty monotonous .
