About this deal

Sadly, we weren’t able to find out what exactly goes into the manufacturing process to create the grips.

A90 Sling Trainer : Compared to conventional sling trainers, the A90 Sling Trainer is on average 4 times smaller and lighter. Another advantage is the grip: A better grip means being able to lift more weight or do more reps, which in turn means more muscle stimuli – be it in a crappy fitness parkour, on the beach or at home. When I first saw Angles90 Grips, I wasn’t positive what their purpose was. The orange, somewhat banana shape threw me off, and I kept seeing people on social media attach them to barbells. After a few months of putting off reviewing them and fielding a ton of requests to do so, we finally bit.

When we compared the best fitness apps for over 50s, it was programs that were able to adapt movements to help reduce stress on joints that we ultimately preferred. Fat Gripz are another popular grip attachment (and featured in our list of useful forearm equipment and tools). Although they help improve grip strength like Angles90, the two products aren’t very comparable and we see their benefits largely targeting different audiences. Grab the handle tightly and put your middle finger through the strap. Once you start pulling, the strap should secure itself into place. Although the product is very simple in design and use of material, the impact they can have is definitely not to be underrated.

Even if you just plan on using the Angles 90 Grips to use shared gym equipment without actually touching the weights themselves, you’ll find that these are definitely worth your investment. Allowing the joints to move freely and basically move how they want to, reduces potential discomfort and pain in these areas. Joint Friendly They also allow pulling movements to take centre stage which is something we think is important as most gym-goers tend to do more pushing movements in a week so anything that encourages more pulling movements gets the thumbs up from us. Encourages Natural Rotation Overall it’s a very practical piece of equipment with a lot of benefit to my workout and body. What I Didn’t Like Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes under the bar. Your heels should be flat on the floor with your toes pointed straight or angled out slightly.

Repeat steps 1-5 to secure the second handle. They should be equal to about shoulder-width distance apart.
