About this deal

When operating the laser engraving machine, please install the laser protective cover. If it is not installed, you need to wear goggles. Wide compatibility: The machine can be compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL, LightBurn, support Win XP / Win 7 / Win 8 / XP / Win 10, and also support MACs system (LightBurn), engraving file format supports NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF etc. We can see that at higher speed there is more wobbling present (mechanical) but the speed shows to have no effect on brightness of the engraved pattern. Use with another product or other damage or loss suffered by the use or combination of any other item.

The text engraving is done at 600 mm/s which is quite fast for such small movements, and therefore some shaking of the laser head is visible in the corners. This can be easily avoided by reducing the acceleration and speed in the settings. From the results you can see that the lower the speed, the more charring occurs. Faster the seed, more passes are needed. Upgraded version of high-performance fixed-focus laser: it can engrave without adjusting the focal length; the focal spot area of the new laser is 50% smaller than that of other ordinary lasers which can take into account precision engraving and high-energy cutting at the same time. At the same time the laser power of the fixed-focus laser is more stable than that of the zoom laser.

Arrange, edit, and even create new vector shapes within the editor, with powerful features like offsetting, boolean operations, welding, and node editing Wide compatibility: The machine can be compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL, LightBurn, support Win XP / Win 7 / Win 8 / XP / Win 10, and also support MAcs system (LightBurn), engraving file format supports NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF etc. The only small downside is that you do have to test it a lot. You won't get the best result with your first try.

Vector images are much faster to engrave as the laser head directly follows the lines. You can not make a grayscale image though. Integrated stepper motor and shaft: The machine uses an integral screw rod instead of a combined coupling. The stepping motor and the screw rod are integrated, which makes the laser movement more precise and the coupling more durable. Wide compatibility: the machine is compatible with various mature engraving software such as LaserGRBL LightBurn supports Win XP / Win 7 / Win 8 / XP / Win 10 and also supports for MAC system (LightBurn) engraving file format supports NC BMP JPG PNG DXF etc. The most importart part is again the interval scale. By scanning vertically and horizontally with different interval steps we can approximate the laser dot size. From the results we can see that the laser dot is a rectangular, approximately 0.1mm wide and 0.35mm high as with a bigger step, the lines are not touching any more.Need to find a driver for Windows 10. There's a driver called CH340 that you want to Google and load and install the software called Lightburn. Once the software is installed settings and the driver loaded, you'll be able to connect the laser to the Lightburn software and start playing around with sample files including shapes and other templates. Participate in our online communities to access invaluable insights on laser engraving and cutting techniques. Engage with fellow enthusiasts, share your successes, and find solutions to any challenges you encounter. With LaserGRBL you can import vector files (NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, DXF…) and bitmap image files (bmp, jpg, png and gif),
