Pipes are hot but water tepid. It was s corroded seal last time letting too much cold into the mixer.

It's frustrating as Bristan have conducted an 'escalation meeting' on our case; attended by head engineers, designers and tech specialists but they have not come up with any useful solutions and have resorted to sending out a new unit.The sink basin in the same bathroom runs hot water as expected. I took some temperature readings as recommended by Bristan with the combi-boiler set to 60deg C. I then took a digital thermometer and have measured the sink to be 55 deg C (scalding to touch). Meanwhile the faulty shower temperature is at 32 deg C. Hi, I have the same problem with my Bristan shower thermostat bar. The temperature will not go high enough for a nice hot shower only warm. Bristan have sent me a replacement but this is just the same !! Consistent showering temperature is provided.
