I’m not sure if I can eat hemp as I’m on a specific carb diet and no one seems to know how hemp digests, so I’ll be using almond meal in its place. Used erythritol sweetened milk instead of apple Juice and didn’t even mix it well (due to my blender) but still worked well:-) i brushed a little extra oil on top after a couple of minutes in the oven and the rest as in the directions:-) thank you! Working with one piece of dough at a time, roll the dough as thin as you can, preferably an 1/8-inch thick (about the thickness of a quarter). I’ve tried a lot of variations and am trying monkfruit sweetener instead of honey since I’m trying to stick to a Keto wol. Though I appreciate that they aren’t hard like most other recipes I have tried, they are simply not crunchy! My husband tasted a small piece after my son said it resembled pumpkin seeds, and spit it out saying it was just plain gross. Even if we read labels to make sure that sugar isn't the first ingredient (or even in the top five) of our favorite foods, with its many different names it's hard to tell if we're actually having more sugar than we think.I made this with the water/sugar substitute since I didn’t have apple juice on hand (and I didn’t feel like dragging out my juicer! Plus, the news that breakfast cereals contain far more sugar than experts recommend may have put a damper on your old morning routine. I’m not sure if they really succeeded, but the cereal nevertheless proved a success in its own right, becoming a staple on grocery shelves.

Also I just made another, more successful, batch, this time first using a lubricated cutting mat to “smush” the dough and then a rolling pin (on top of the mat) to even it out.

The cereal consists of small squares or rectangles of wheat and rice covered with cinnamon and sugar. Remove from the oven and using a pizza cutter or knife, cut into squares about the size of the keys on your computer keyboard. Followed all directions and used exactly what she said too, came out looking perfect but tasted terrible. Since it's made from organic ingredients, the chances of finding weed killer in this cereal — probably the least appetizing additive of all — are much slimmer. Caramelization of the sugar deepens the flavor of the cereal and gives it a golden brown, toasty appearance.

Millville Cinnamon Crunch Squares aren’t a perfect duplicate of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but they’re close.If you’re a fan of cereal bars, you’re also going to LOVE my Homemade Cereal Bars and Chocolate Rice Krispies. Looks very good; better recipe than another online low-carb cold cereal recipe I tried today, which had me baking it at too high a temp and nearly burning it.
