About this deal
Types of weather you will be camping in – Camping in the winter? You will need something warm for when the temperature drops. Summer camper, you may just need to take a lightweight waterproof in case you get caught out. It does have a few bad points for me, The hood is too big, probably so it can accommodate a climbing helmet, this leads to the hood synch cords being a lot longer than is really needed and managing the hood can be a chore, especially if you are wearing it as mid layer since it is a lot larger than the hood on my Berghaus shell. The Henry performs excellently. I have worn it in dry weather over a simple cotton T-shirt at freezing with no concerns and in snow storms with a Gore-Tex outer shell down to -8C and can confirm that it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. It also suffered with the fairly typical loss of the odd piece of down at the seems in it's first few days as well. Nothing unusual there.
