Yes I do understand that if the house got damp the picture could come away, so it isn't suitable for younger children. The product clearly says it is for 3+ though so they agree!!!! My nephew loved the house and the children I work with do aswell. Great for number matching, fine motor and most importantly of all imaginative play. The mechanics on my house all work fine and it has been played with for some time. There are a few scuffs but this doesn't distract from the beauty of it and all of the lovely features, I work with children with additional needs and this house is highly motivating and fun. Would definitely recommend.
