Mimosa, a restaurant with charmingly old-fashioned interior design, is located in a gorgeous villa in Nõmme where it offers late breakfast on Saturdays from 12:00-15:00. In addition to eggs, fried potatoes, bacon, fish and beans, the menu also includes sweet pancakes. Love all the comments on Full English Breakfasts but surely a ‘Full English’ has many variations and is an individual choice?

Fry the bread and cook the eggs. Move the meats from the pan and fry the bread in the drippings until golden and crisp. Cook the eggs in the pan that the mushrooms and tomatoes were in.

Cook the sausages and bacon. While the beans are warming, cook the sausages over medium to medium low, until browned and cooked through, turning as needed. Push the sausages to one side and add the bacon and fry, flipping as needed. Rudolf Restaurant in Kadriorg offers the best of modern French and European cuisine. Brunch takes place on Saturdays from 10:00-14:00 and Sundays from 10:00-15:00 with a menu offering various tasty dishes from French toast to a truffle omelette and from porridge to pancakes. Although it is not usual for people to have this every day. Mostly when on holiday in a B&B (guesthouse) when it is usually included in the price or at home as a Sunday treat. A full plate with a free drink and it went down a treat. Once we were finished, the staff working both asked us how it was and even apologised that they didn't have their usual sausages (which were fantastic anyway) which was of course not a problem but it was nice to see! A second called it "hands down the best local breakfast" and wrote: "Just popped in as had a Saturday morning breakfast craving...found it by chance online, HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST BREAKFASTS I HAVE EVER HAD!
