About this deal

You go to school one morning to discover your best friend has been turned into a frog by an evil witch! How do you help your friend? You walk outside to get your mail and your mailbox starts talking to you! What does your mailbox have to say? Imagine what would happen if someone shrunk you down to be only 1″ tall. How would your life change? What do you think might make kids really happy to go to school? What are some things you think schools should do so that it could be more fun?

Imagine if you were the principal of the school. What might you do differently? What things would you do that are the same? Write about it! Have you ever read a book written by Dr. Suess? Write your own “Suess-style” story, complete with rhymes and made up words. What would you most like to learn over the next year? Think about things that interest you or questions you might have about the world and make a list!
