To see this book rated so highly is a genuine concern. I received this book by accident as a gift as it was the option that came up when someone types in "Placebo" (another book) into Google. This book I think would truly deserve a score of 0, BUT, I have no doubt that is has helped some people, though it's unlikely this book (or workshop) as been the reason. Also, I'm 1000% sure, I know this will work if applied consistently for atleast a few months for lasting change .
