About this deal

Mind that this picture is showing a 360mm radiator with 3 - 140mm fans. I've currently managed to put the radiator in/out at the bottom, it will very likely not be possible with this config. If I understand correctly, if the pump is not above the radiator it's okay, but in this configuration some air could still be trapped in the top part of the radiator making some noise. Edit: writing this and compiling all the information, made me already realize a potential mistake: I've plugged my AIO into the AIO Pump fan header of my motherboard running at max speed by default. Air. We need it, our components need it, and for some time the industry’s fascination with solid front panels has impeded this basic need (for components, not humans). But there have been exceptions, with a number of open-front – often marketed as “high airflow” – designs introduced from major players in recent years.

Well, what I know is that torrent is 1 liter larger case and also interior made of metal. So cant be that. I am running a 10900K with RTX 3070 Ti FE, on that case and my temperatures are pretty darn good. Normally my room temperatures are 68F to 70F. After running my PC for a little while, the room was at 73F. I ran a test and got about 51.5C on Average, with 70C holding most of the time and in some occasion jumping to 77C Max. My RTX 3070 Ti FE, was on Avg 55.8C and in some occasional hitting 81.5C Max. These are during spike, which last a second. I cannot pull these on the Corsair 680X using an AIO, which of course I had about almost the same low to idle temperatures when the computer was not in use of 27C-to-33C with the AIO while the air cooler was about 33C to 35C. Keep in mind the room was already warm so the air temperatures could be lower during idle if the system was not running. CPU heat-sink height clearance is about 209mm. (to the glass). The recommended CPU cooler’s max height is 188mm. CPUi7-4790k MotherboardGigabyte Z97N-WIFI RAMG.Skill Sniper DDR3 1866mhz GPUEVGA GTX1080Ti FTW3 CaseCorsair 380T I have a Thermaltake W100. Changed the left side door to the same as the right side door and added and extra 4 fans. Total 13 fans (counting rad), with negative air flow.

Overall customization and ease of use of the Fractal Torrent are very easy and impressive on how much space you have to work with. Still in search of the perfect smartphone. The case is quiet when running and occasionally you may hear the fan ramp up a bit but not to the point is an annoying sound. It actually have a nice sound coming out of it that is pleasing to my hears. Building the case was easy and did not take too long to do so. I like that it has filling port holes build for custom water cooling and that it support a bunch of difference size radiators. The case has a very strong air pressure that I do not even need a rear fan installed. I will post my build later on, only wish I had custom cables to make the build look way better but it is what it is. XD either put the 38mm depth radiator inside the 140mm fans panel (in front of the radiator at the right of the last picture),

Open layout with expansive base intakes and extra-large bottom fan support offers exceptional GPU cooling In his nonexistent spare time Sebastian's hobbies include hi-fi audio, guitars, and road bikes. Currently investigating time travel. And yes, I absolutely agree with both previous quote points, how they're doing it is the best u can realistically do it (And Liquid-Crystal Polymer fans make a sizeable difference, but it's not viable to change their platform), every few years the amount how much more (or temporary less due to thermal density/chiplets) u can get out of a case changes due to new technology but it won't show up in the test because they have to use what they started with. Personally though this is too big for my taste and hardware needs. I’d like to see this design scaled down to smaller sizes as looks like its really well thought out and I like the design language. i guess if you got front air flow for the gpu that can mess with the bottom intake. i would think bottom intake would be better then front intake. Has anyone used radiator cooling in this case? I learned that you should never ever put the pump cable out from the radiator above the pump, so if you put the radiator in the front your natural instinct would be to put the tubes in the top so they are not in the way of parts like the GPU. But apparently you shouldn't do this, you should put the radiator upside down in the front so the tubes are in the bottom, but then you have to have the tubes go straight over the entire case to reach the cpu, and very likely the gpu will also be in the way.
