The base game on its own has the Soldier's Set, the Ancient Set, the Set of the Wild as well as the Amber Earrings and Diamond Circlet, all with a top defense of 28, and the Champion's Tunic which has a top defense of 32. The Divine Beast Helms ( Ruta, Rudania, Naboris and Medoh) are part of the Ancient Set, but unlike the Ancient Helm they do not provide protection against Guardians, so they reduce the set's effectiveness in that respect.
