If you are an overseas national and intend to leave the UK at the end of your University employment, the pension arrangements are exactly the same and at the end of your university employment, the pension can be transferred out to any UK recognised overseas pension scheme. This session will cover basic editing of 3D models. These might be 3D scans but we’ll also explore building models from scratch using simple Boolean modelling. To help facilitate the University's cycle scheme, a cycle storage space was provided in the basement car park to provide a secure space for staff to leave their bike. The workshop assumes attendees have little experience with digital 3D, though more advanced students are welcome to attend. Each session will have a capacity of 12x students. Your pension will be deducted based on your occupational pay. For example, if your earnings in the first 8 weeks are full pay, your pension contribution will be based on the full pay. When you are on half pay, the pension contribution will be based on your half occupational pay.

The project also included external road works in both Great George Street and Brandon Hill Park to form a new underground fibre cable duct route. These subtly reflect the colour scheme of each area, with matching hues used both in the manifestation and carpet design. Suitably sustainable Autodesk Maya requires a 3-button mouse to work correctly, these will be provided - along with adaptors for Apple users.

Overbury undertook the 35,000 sq ft Cat B fit out across levels 1 – 3, whilst the building remained occupied. Students to provide their own laptops. Please install the freely available Autodesk Maya educational software before the session begins (available for Apple OS and Windows). This building comprises eight self-contained offices arranged over four floors. The ground floor offers fantastic office space with an adjoining private glass room which is perfect for private meetings, whilst the other floors offer individual 413-564 square feet spaces on either side of a central landing. There is a shared kitchen and break-out area, disabled WC, and shower on the ground floor. This building has a DDA-compliant passenger lift and four allocated car parking spaces available. Situated on the ground and first floors, the project provided a mix of traditional offices and meeting spaces for staff, along with collaborative breakout areas and a creative media suite, featuring editing facilities. The fit out of St Augustine's Courtyard was delivered as a staged two-phase approach in two 10-week programmes, allowing for staff to move in a staged approach that didn't impact commitments during busy academic periods. The project provided new M&E and communications infrastructure, as well as numerous tea points and kitchen facilities.
