About this deal

It may sound slightly faffy, but the best way to explain the tin size you need is to get one that is about 39 square inches in size. Nothing will be exact, but go for a similar bake time and give it a go! The baking time will only change by 1-2 minutes, and even if its slightly under the first time, you can always enjoy an incredibly delicious fudge brownie. Divide the batter into 4 sections. One section will remain uncolored. Place each of the other sections into a separate bowl. Add a few drops of food color to each and mix until the colors are uniform. I know I say this a lot but this is honestly one of my favourite recipes to date. I really enjoy making blondies especially my Jammie Dodger and Biscoff ones but there's something extra special about the blondie recipe I'm sharing with you today. NOT COLD is what you want when you serve them. (Sorry, I was trying to be clever but that’s just bad grammar.) I prefer to have them closer to room temperature, because then the brownies are soft and fudgy, and the glaze is very easy to cut through with a spoon. You may not agree…keep tasting them to see what you prefer! 🙂

sugar – I tend to switch between caster sugar and light brown soft sugar, but either work perfectly Add the flour to the bowl and gently fold it through the mixture by hand. Mix only until you can no longer see white streaks of flour. In fact, Mars Bars have been discontinued and relaunched several times in the US and they now contain almonds (known outside the United States as a Mars Almond bar).Is your choice! Even though Galaxy Chocolate gives a special twist, you can try out different chocolates you like. and Make it with the same steps in my recipe. Can I make these brownies gluten-free? I went all-out with the galaxy theme, and decorated my mini mousse cakes with an assortment of gel food colors. I used swirls of navy, teal, purple, pink, and white colors (which are probably way more colorful than the actual Milky Way, let’s be real.) I finished them off with a pinch of edible silver star sprinkles, and they looked like miniature works of art. Completely edible, totally delicious works of art. For Color Swirl Blondie Layer, break the white chocolate bars into chunks then place the white chocolate and shortening into a medium sized microwave safe bowl. Heat in the microwave at 50% power until melted. I make my brownies in a particular way, as for years and years I struggled with brownies. There are so many different methods out there, and I often found that they took far too long to bake. As long as the brownies have got hot, the gooeyness doesn’t really matter and its not going to kill you, so no brownies were ever harmed in my experiments. Here’s the good news: the mirror glaze itself issimple to make, easy to pour and use (what a welcome surprise that was!), and SO FREAKING COOL IN REAL LIFE. In another bowl, use a whisk to mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly add this dry mix to the wet one, stirring until it’s just mixed together. Add Galaxy Chocolate Heat up your oven to 350°F (175°C) and put parchment paper in a baking pan. This makes it easy to take out the brownies and looks super neat! Use a special pot or your microwave to melt the Galaxy chocolate until it's all smooth. Let it cool a bit.I basically can't be faffed with getting my big stand mixer out and lugging it around the house! But what I will say is using my stand mixer made a big difference to how these blondies turned out. So, if you have an electric whisk or mixer then I would recommend you use it for whisking these up.

Firstly, gather together all your ingredients, equipment, line a x8 inch baking tin with parchment paper or grease with butter and preheat the oven to 350F / 180C / Gas Mark 4. They should be done when they're not wobbling when you shake the tin, and a skewer should come out mostly clean, not covered in chocolate. If you’re not familiar with mirror glaze, it’s a white chocolate glaze made with gelatin that is poured over cakes—usually mousse or other soft molded desserts—to give them an ultra-shiny appearance, like the surface of a mirror. My base recipe uses dark chocolate, butter, flour, cocoa powder, eggs and sugar – and then you add in chocolate chips. This recipe, is the same. Because the size of the tin you can use in the airfryer is quite a bit smaller in comparison to my normal brownie sized tin, I decided to half the recipe. Oh, and you DEFINITELY want silicone, as opposed to traditional pans. Being able to flex the mold inside-out to remove the mousse is a must!

My Galaxy Caramel Cheesecake is really popular with you guys, so I think you're going to LOVE these blondies. They are so simple to make and use really easy to get hold of ingredients. I'm so happy with how they turned out! Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst until melted. Avoid overcooking as this can negatively affect the chocolate. The mixture of the brownies is simply mixed together in a bowl with a spatula so it’s incredibly easy – and then you pour them into your lined tin. I only ever tend to line the bottom of my tins, but I am a smidge lazy. These happen to be the most perfect blondies I've ever made. I think I'm just getting better at the technique with lots of experimenting and practice. I can often get comments saying that peoples brownies are taking far too long to bake, and thats down to the mix. People can say they followed the recipe “to a T” all they like, but something went wrong. It can be down to ingredients, but usually… its the mix with brownies. Too liquid, not mixed enough, etc.
