About this deal

A collaboration with Hasbro's own in-house brand of giant trucks, featuring redecos of the Generation 1 Constructicons as new Autobot characters in classic Tonka yellow-and-steel-gray. Now fans can experience Transformers characters as they mash-up with iconic characters who share this same quality. Jurassic Park takes you to an amazing theme park on a remote island where dinosaurs once again roam the Earth, and five people must battle to survive among the prehistoric predators.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Maverick was delayed to May 27, 2022, meaning the packaging was already out of date by the time the toy was announced. The beast mode itself is well articulated, especially with thigh pieces on a slider to ensure vertical hip movement, as well as spring-loaded pieces around her neck to prevent the sculpt from breaking up too much while posing. Jeep, the Jeep grille and related logos, vehicle model names and trade dresses are trademarks of FCA US LLC and used under license by Hasbro, Inc. The fourth figure and the third original character in the Collaborative line, Maverick is a Voyager-sized figure and is almost entirely made of new tooling, though his cockpit canopy is reused from Earthrise Starscream. Alan Grant and the Game Warden inspired both the JP93 hat in bot mode and the JP93 blaster accessory.

Hopefully she eats those two annoying kids from Jurassic World and NOT the kids from Camp Cretaceous. His instructions have a hidden message written in Ancient Autobot that translates to "Let's Turn and Burn", a quote from the original Top Gun film and one of the tag lines for Top Gun: Maverick.

Each missile pod is a single piece of plastic depicting a pair of different missiles: an AIM-9 Sidewinder, and an AIM-7 Sparrow. The seventh release in the Collaborative line, Tyrannocon Rex is a new-head retool of Kingdom Leader Class Megatron (Beast), transforming into a Tyrannosaurus rex appropriately inspired by the Jurassic Park school of design.Rex and Ford Explorer from the blockbuster 1993 film, Jurassic Park, are now TRANSFORMERS robots – TYRANNOCON REX and AUTOBOT JP93. Presumably the only differences are the addition of tampographed production stamping to the toys proper.

ICONIC MOVIE SCENE-INSPIRED PACKAGING: Packaging is based on the iconic Dilophosaurus attack scene from the Jurassic Park film.Despite Tyrannocon Rex being identified as a Decepticon, and JP93 as an Autobot, the paragraph of story text on the back of their shared package is unrelated to the Autobots' battle to destroy the evil forces of the Decepticons.

TRANSFORMERS robots have always been… More than Meets the Eye, but now, through the TRANSFORMERS Collaborative, fans can experience these larger-than-life characters as they team up, mash up, and meet up with other characters, teams and people who share this same special quality. Unfortunately, parts of Maverick are susceptible to photodegradation, particularly his shoulder and hip joints, shin flaps, and his guns. Embryo containment unit accessory fits inside the shaving cream canister accessory, inspired by the scene in the movie.Hasbro has been doing these Transformers collaborations for a few years now, with memorable releases including bots inspired by Ghostbusters, Back to the Future, and even the animated X-Men series.
