About this deal

Orks love a good krumpin’, and romp across the stars in hurtling roks to find a proper fight. Given the quality of Ork navigation and engineering, it’s not uncommon for these belligerent greenskins to wind up stranded on a space hulk – or crash straight into an enemy ship, where they promptly flood the gangways and cargo bays in search of fresh opponents to smash and potential loot to claim. The only problem? Everyone else wants in on the action, and now the whole galaxy is boarding the Arks of Omen in search of glory, treasure, or just a big punch-up. In fact, four more Boarding Patrol boxes are preparing for launch in the near future – and only one of them might be said to have the Emperor’s best interests at heart… Sign up for the Warhammer Community newsletter to find out when these boxed sets are heading to release, and get ready to battle for the galaxy’s fate in the latest season of Matched Play. So many Boarding Patrols have launched over the last few months, it’s a wonder there’s any fighting left to do on actual planets at all. There’s more to come from the Arks of Omen yet, as the machinations of Vashtorr and Abaddon come to a brutal head in the forthcoming fifth book in the series – The Lion . Miniatures Material: Plastic (Please note all miniatures come unpainted as new – some assembly is required)

The complete list of what’s available is as follows – all cast in metal: Armageddon Steel Legion Officer with Power Sword, Armageddon Steel Legion Officer with Power Sword and Bolt Pistol, Armageddon Steel Legion Commissar, Armageddon Steel Legion Sergeant, Armageddon Steel Legion Infantry Squad, Armageddon Steel Legion Guardsman with Plasma Gun, Armageddon Steel Legion Heavy Bolter Weapons Team, and Armageddon Steel Legion Lascannon Heavy Weapons Team. The Deff Dread is the one model in the box that isn’t new, but it’s amazing and you can never have enough of them. Boarding Actions are an excellent way to build small, thematic armies that can’t fill the full-sized battlefields of Warhammer 40,000, such as these Aeldari Corsairs . Prince Yriel of Iyanden leads his Eldritch Raiders into the bowels of a great Ark, filling all three Corsair squads with mid-range troops that can load an ungodly number of power swords into a cool 499 points. Rules for playing Boarding Action games of Warhammer 40,000 can be found in the Arks of Omen: Abaddon supplement. Additional rules for Orks Boarding Patrols can be found in Arks of Omen: Angron. The various factions of the 41st Millennium are now forced to undertake Boarding Actions against these twisted space hulks, with small, elite forces clashing in their claustrophobic confines. Combat Patrol: Orks is the first chance to get your hands on this Warboss in Mega Armour. The armour design matches the Meganobz , but it’s even more impressive, to suit his status. Not quite as impressive as Ghazghkull Thraka , mind, but this ambitious warboss is working on that. Bring Da Boyz (and Da Noise) Snikrot, often known as Da Green Ghost, is a sly spectre who specialises in slitting throats and taking scalps with his massive combat knives, known as Mork’s Teeth. The new Boss Snikrot stays true to the old Finecast model. Snikrot became a touch bigger and the details are a bit sharper and more precise thanks to the plastic casting, but otherwise, almost all the details can be found again. The three heads are a nice addition, but I would have preferred an alternative left arm to mimic the iconic “shhh” pose of the old model. The other stuff

The Corsair Voidscarred bring all the toys from their Kill Team set, taking up the lion’s share of the points but punching far above their weight with psychic powers, blasters, fusion pistols, and a shuriken cannon. The Voidreavers deploy light with a pistol and power sword each, but have the option of switching to long-ranged shuriken rifles should you be raiding an area with plenty of fighty foes like Tyranids and Orks. Once again, this is your first opportunity to secure this kit, which is currently exclusive to Combat Patrol: Orks. Deff From, Uh… Regular Height Way out in the Damocles Gulf, another Key fragment lies waiting to be found on the dead planet of Arthas Moloch. The Farsight Enclaves of the T’au are forced to retreat to this blighted planet by the Ork hordes, just as one of Vashtorr’s many Arks of Omen arrives to claim this mysterious artefact… As always, keep your astropathic choir trained on the searing light of the Astronomican – or just sign up for the Warhammer Community newsletter for more up-to-the-millennium communiqués as they’re revealed. There’s much profit to be found in the esoteric salvage secreted aboard these rotting void-barges – and you can acquire it for the glory of your own Hold with five cybernetically-enhanced Cthonian Beserks, five diamond-hard Einhyr Hearthguard, and 10 geared-up Hearthkyn Warriors, all led by a proud Einhyr Champion. Imperial AgentsMasterful melee murderers and cramped corridors with lots of nooks and crannies to hide in – can you name a better match? Boarding Patrol: Drukhari contains 20 Wyches, five Incubi, a Succubus, and therefore more deadly blades than you can shake a splinter rifle at. Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights Boarding Patrol: Orks provides a brutal and kunnin' force, perfectly suited to crushing ‘oomies and aliens alike in games of Warhammer 40,000 – especially in the dense and deadly Boarding Action missions detailed in the Arks of Omen series – and will save you money compared to buying the kits individually. They’re joined by an Eversor Assassin, presumably for the levity of his presence and not because a murderously volatile living bomb is exactly what you need in an operations zone separated from the freezing cold of space by less than a metre of bulkhead… Orks love a good krumpin’, and romp across the stars in hurtling roks to find a proper fight. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. This Boarding Patrol contains 17 models in total – one gunslinging Kelermorph inspires a team of 10 Acolyte Hybrids, who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs, while a hulking Abominant is joined by his little Mindwyrm Familiar friend, and five nearly-as-hulking Aberrants. The crisis deepens – Angron is loose , Vashtorr is scheming , and Abaddon’s Arks of Omen are voyaging to every corner of the galaxy in search of who knows what. The Imperium is scrambling to regain the upper hand, dispatching boarding parties in a last-ditch attempt to stop the Warmaster’s vile plans.

The real heart of the kit is a brand new set of Ork Boyz, with a familiar but updated look. You get a whopping 20 of them, and as any Warboss will tell you, you can never have too many Boyz, so you’ll be off to a great start.

Boarding Patrol: Grey Knights contains the flawless soul of Castellan Crowe, as well as five Terminators, and 10 supremely versatile Grey Knights that can be built as Strike, Interceptor, or Purifier squads.* Boarding Patrol: Necrons Tactically, boarding actions lists are all about navigating the new challenges of a space ship – and each mission brings fresh challenges,” Rich adds. “For example, which unit will you walk through a furnace to score Victory Points, and which unit do you task with guarding the OFF switch for said furnace? Building your ideal Boarding Patrol is the first of many decisions you’ll need to make.” In a world of bloody Boarding Actions, it’s easy to forget the colossal battles that define the 41st Millennium are still taking place. Balefleets are the cohorts raised by Abaddon and Vashtorr, tasked with collecting the artefacts needed to complete their meticulous plan. Boarding Patrol: Orks provides a brutal and kunnin’ force, perfectly suited to crushing ‘oomies and aliens alike in games of Warhammer 40,000 – especially in the dense and deadly Boarding Action missions detailed in the Arks of Omen series – and will save you money compared to buying the kits individually.

This versatile box provides bodies, ballistics, and big-hitters for you to join the eternal quest to uncover archeotech and fragments of holy STC from the ancient Arks of Omen. This force is led by a mega-armoured behemoth of a greenskin. Not content with the usual shooty ’fing in one hand and choppy ’fing in the other, he’s opted for ALL choppy, in BOTH hands, happy to let his grot “assistant” ride shotgun, or, er, big shoota in this case.
