So I have kept that sweet and sour cinnamon flavored green relish tucked away in my brain since then. All the best bits of your tangy favourite pickle, including plenty of dill, in ketchup/ relish form. This sweet pickle relish was wonderfully flavored with cider vinegar, celery seeds, and mustard seeds. How about replacing the gherkins with a few of those spare courgettes you don’t know what to do with?

Gherkins (87%), White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Onions, MUSTARD Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Garlic, Dill, Lemon Juice, Halen Môn Pure Sea Salt PDO, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Turmeric.
