Like many other reviewers have said, this isn't a design book with lots of glossy pictures and how-to moments.If you require something to be posted sooner or by special means please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate requests. Both Syd and Shea are likable, and I appreciate how honest they are about the highs and lows of marriage and running a small business. Making Life Beautiful Community Interest Company was established in Nov 2016 by retired social worker and founder of similar projects, Isobel Barnes along with a group of knowledgeable and experienced members of the community serving as directors. I'm glad I went for audio version of the book, because I'm a bit of a slow reader and this book is so well narrated. Highly recommend for anyone interested in design, entrepreneurship, or just a fun and inspiring story!

Nonetheless, I highly recommend this engaging book to Studio McGee fans, interior design buffs, and entrepreneurs who want to achieve success in the age of social media. The majority of pages are undamaged with some creasing or tearing, and pencil underlining of text, but this is minimal. I truly loved getting the peek behind the curtain and found it inspiring, interesting, fun and very well written - I couldn’t stop listening and finished it in just a few days!
