The Z50 uses a new EN-EL25 battery. It's a small 8.5Wh unit but one that can be charged over the camera's USB connector. Being able to tilt the screen is handy, but the fact that it tilts from the bottom of the camera means you can’t use it with a tripod. It’s fine for selfies, but much less useful for those intending to use the camera for vlogging. As for dimensions, the Z50 is essentially a miniaturized Z6.
