We will always work in the interests of our customers to ensure our warranty claims are resolved with the manufacturer to a satisfactory manner. In the event that we are unable to provide a satisfactory outcome, we will inform the customer with the decision that has been made. Bending or denting of bars, frames, cranks, rims or forks are not due to manufacturing defects, so will not be considered a warranty issue. All of the ride-on toys available at Outside Play have been rigorously tested and come with a wide range of safety features to ensure you and your little ones have a fun, safe time. Ride-on toys are designed to promote independence in your child, from the early stages where you help them balance and push the toy along to the time where they’re ready to operate it themselves. It’s a great way to develop their self-confidence and get them to use their balance and coordination skills. Our ride-on toys for kids are also great for promoting physical exercise and improving essential motor skills; they’ll also keep you on your toes as you race to catch up! Costs incurred due to loss of use, alongside any labour charges, due to a warranty claim being made, are not covered under our Warranty Policy. In the event of a faulty/defective product, we may need to return the item to the supplier/manufacturer for inspection. Please be aware that we may require authorisation from the supplier of the item before we proceed with the warranty claim, so please be patient. We will keep you updated throughout the process. We will not cover general wear and tear on tyres cuts or slits, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, chains or bearings. This will be considered as general wear and tear that comes from BMX riding.

We can repair manufacturing faults however we are unable to repair goods that have been damaged in use. Clear coated bikes/frames/forks/bars/cranks will not be warrantied against cosmetic damage that may arise from dampness getting under the lacquer. Tyre blowouts, damage to the sidewall from brakes not set up correctly or the tyre tread will not be considered warranty in most cases.
