Open the Upgrade Tool. Turn on the Devo 7e while holding the EXT button. The Devo 7e should display ‘Program Update’ and the upgrade tool should register it as a ‘Devo 7e’ transmitter at the bottom of the window ( If it does not please refer to the note on drivers above.).
