I needn't of worried, where erba pura is loud and playful and Tabit can be a bit too sweet, madawi oozes sophistication with the extra depth in the dry down. Its nothing like it all imo apart from the opening of some peach. The scent... I didn’t think chocolate would work in a perfume, but it’s the most delicious fragrance I’ve smelled and it leaves me wanting more and more. I'm quite impressed by this fragrance. I didn't expect to be so long lasting. The opening is a mixture of safron, chocolate and rose and it stays so until it fades away.

I recently applied madawi gold limited edition (it is not on fragrantica yet) in an arabian perfume store and i was thinking “ey this smells so similair, what is it?” and then i knew it!! I found it veryyyyyyyyyy similair to instant crush of mancera. It was almost if i had sprayed instant crush instead of another perfume. I think instant crush is more ‘loud’ than the limited edition one. |If you take even the briefest of looks at the Elite Perfumery range, you’ll notice that a huge number of our fragrances make use of oud. As I mentioned the Peaches are the dominant note here, then a dark red rose follows it up, and later the patchouli; when the scent dries down completely I get a hint of dark chocolate, which adds a gourmand touch to the scent!Arabian Knight Silver by Arabian Oud is a Chypre fragrance for men.
