If there is one reason to enjoy and want to watch this anime, it's because of her, and wanting to see her development and growth. I can only assume and hope that in a potential second season, we may actually see her master a blade of some sort, hah. I found myself unable to care about the future or development of any character and just wanting to get through the subpar plot. I hoped for reception in the form of the reborn plot, or even something relating to the past. Neither of those came to fruition.

This is quite a cliche battle junkie manga, where the MC is searching for stronger opponents to fights and on the journey fixes any problems that arise.
