First of all, Sunshine Woman is an outstandingly handcrafted composition, which first in the second cycle, then in longer, precisely calculated time intervals, always puts a new twist on the parquet. First harmlessly citric-mandelious, then currant-vanilla, then the tobacco crawls out, then the whole thing combines with jasmine, patchouli to an overall picture. I had already started writing the review yesterday evening, to be more specific. Like probably everyone who writes a review I sprayed the fragrance and then started typing to really have the scent in front of my eyes again. Sunshine I've had for a while ie I would have said until this evening that was more than enough time to get to know it. Apparently, Memoir is a must-try. One buyer wrote, “ This is one of my absolute favourite perfumes, and probably THE favourite from the house of Amouage. The longevity is quite good but the perfume is not particularly loud. It is truly a sexy, mystical and ‘dark’ scent.”

There are 8 courses, beautifully fine with decorated biscuits on the plate. Between the corridors one may swing the dance leg. We eat, talk and observe. Cultivate our marriage, so to speak. Not so much in public, but rather as a fragrance to feel good at home, if you want to get some of the smells and feelings of summer and the sun into your house during the dreary and dark season of the year. He starts herbaceous with lavender and immortelle. Lavender is indeed there on the Pityusen definitely not ostensibly cultivated, but rather in Provence, but even there it can smell herbaceous-fresh, one goes a little further away from the particularly touristy regions and travels inland. We did that very often when we had rented a quad bike and also there the obligatory suntan lotion could not be missing of course. Early reaction to Sunshine has generally been positive, but there is a one notable and glaring exception: Luca Turin. The famed perfume critic gave Sunshine a One-Star rating (which he defines as “Avoid”) in his online column for Style Arabia. There, he wrote: Honour Woman is a sweet, warm, and inviting fragrance. Until I then found my beloved sample of Amouage Sunshine on my bed. The cap including the upper part was off and the contents (4 ml) completely empty.

In the small town they gossip about her and worse as lust is aroused in the men and bitter jealousy in the women. Short and sweet she just wants to be left alone and has a hard time. There you have it the scent reminds me of an elegant woman from the 40's smoking and smelling of delicious peach and apple pie. Amouage has always been hit-or-miss with me, and the ones that were failures were generally horrific, like a 16-car pileup on the interstate. Admittedly, I haven’t tried many of the “men’s” versions at all, and that might make a difference. I liked Gold Woman (though it was, um, kinda huge and stompin’ big), Dia Woman, Ubar (old and new), and Jubilation XXV. Amouage has remained loyal to its clients since the creation of its first Amouage Gold in 1983. The brand has shown over and over again that qualities like longevity and sillage remain intact. Amouage never compromises on the juice – the core of the brand, and that is one of the biggest reasons they have such strong loyalty. it has posted ‘very positive’ sales results for its Journey masculine and feminine fragrances which launched last August. The fragrance house said that Journey has fast become one of its bestselling fragrances.

Even after that the fragrance does not remain a silent treader. The lavender of the top note announces the herbal heart note that follows. After about an hour I can perceive the Muscat Sage as a slightly soapy note - and in this development it often reminds me of the Vintage Kouros (but of course only the Muscat Sage, not all the rest). Unfortunately, I could not yet perceive juniper berry from the mentioned fragrance pyramid. How could one explain the light to someone who has never felt the sun? I'd probably give him the smell of Sunshine from Amouage The fragrance radiates an overabundant Apollonian light at all times and as a hedonist knows only lust and joy. On Fragrantica, the comments are mixed but tend towards the positive. One person calls it “GORGEOUS” (in all caps), two others say it is “delicious.” To wit,

Our enjoyment of them depends on preferences, memories, and moods. Since my childhood I have spent the beach days at Cap Ferrat or in Villefranche. During the high season, bathers lubricate themselves with sunscreen so much that streaks often form on the sea water in the afternoon. The united Pampe from Monoi Tahiti oil over L´Oréal to Lancaster on all bodies in my periphery smells rise, which are congruent in the harmony with Sunshine Women - all the more if under the parasol still smokes. In short, Sunshine Woman triggers my beach legs on the spot. It is evening and my husband has invited me to dinner. The rascal always does that when he has done something wrong and has to bend it straight again. Hmm... yes, I like to eat well.
