I haven’t had a sufficient time with this shampoo yet to comment on the long-term effectiveness, however - even for the short time I’m using it - I can definitely say that it made a substantial difference to hair fall by visibly reducing the fall out even from the first application. I have soft water but after using the shampoo and conditioner it felt strong, softer and clean in a way I've never had before. I've used the shampoo and conditioner about 5 times so far and although I have to say my hair appears to look slightly thicker and in better condition, I think it is too soon to say it's a 100% success.
