It would be nice if Hot Toys would release more alien things with today's technology, especially the human characters would be interesting. The Predator is first of all a cinematographic work which was born in the 80s through a saga in 1987 directed by John Mctiernan. Several versions followed over the years by different directors. I think they slimmed the upper and lower arches of teeth so they don't take up so much space in the mouth. The teeth don't look quite so chunky. Having become one of the most visually striking design elements in film history, the inter design of the Predator’s Spaceship, conceptualized & carried out by Production Designer Lawrence G. Paul, who actually consulted with the Original film’s Production Designer (John Vallone), before heading off to design the ship interior himself.

As part of their social media posts, Hot Toys also included a description for the 1/6th scale Feral Predator: Lawrence G. Paull: ”When you see the Predator in here, you’ll understand the ties between himself and his ship. It’s an environment, both technological and reptilian, where the creature and its ship blend and work together.”

Important Notes

Hot Toys seems to adjust Alien designs for the worse but they always seem to make some neat adjustments to Predators. The ship was tailor-made to match up CH, so that’s why this look wouldn’t fit in with any of the other Predators in the series (The first especially). That’s sorta why, when I see this same ship interior in other projects/media, it sometimes doesn’t seem to match up, design-wise with the Predators in the story. The First Predator, JH ( Jungle Hunter) wouldn’t seem to fit in with the ’PREDATOR 2’ ship, since his whole armor design is so aesthetically different than CH’s. Some fans believed the jaw bone on the Berserker was from a xenomorph but director Nimrod Antal came up with the idea of augmenting the Super Predator masks with bones of creatures they hunted. The jaw bone on the Berserker is supposed to be some random creature it had previously hunted.
