We have loved using the JML CeraCraft Ceramic Pan and Lid and can’t imagine cooking eggs in anything else – Not to mention pancakes! Like all non-stick pans you are advised not to use metal implements with it and with all ceramic pans you are told only to clean it using a soft sponge and hot soapy water, not scouring pads or any sort of scouring cleaning product. I’m not going to lie, there were some pancake casualties but that was down to Dave and I rather than any fault of the pan. That was one thing that I didn’t want to repeat and wanted to forget about as soon as the shrivelled, burnt or raw pancake remnants were scraped into the bin!

I was doubtful that anything would give Dave and I any pancake cooking ability and that we would end up upset and pancake-less once again. The stainless steel base of the plans makes them suitable for all hob types – electric, induction, ceramic, gas or radiant ring. Stops food from sticking, day after day: cook using little to no oil, without compromising on cooking performance.
