They only recently expanded their shade range and their “darkest” shade is for someone of a slightly dark caramel color. Instruction of use: Gently tap the make-up onto your skin with either your fingers or with a damped make-up sponge. I also mixed a small amount of Dermacol Make-Up Cover with my moisturiser as this gave me my preferred light/medium coverage. What intrigued me the most was the claims that it could cover dark circles, without the need to colour correct.
The coverage it provides means it can even be used as a concealer so I recommend using a very small amount for your whole face and then using a little extra to spot conceal any blemishes! The longevity will depend on your activities like commuting or staying the whole day in an airconditioned place. Recently I've been experimenting with various shades and it's best to use slightly lighter shade as a corrector. It is widely used as a professional make-up for photo or film shoots, modeling and for festive occasions. However, it does not look nice for a full face and would be better used in spots where really needed.Because of its long-lasting formulation, Dermacol is the foundation of choice of the best professional makeup artists for photoshoots, film shoots, and runway productions.
The only negative I would say is the limited shade range and the colours not being true to the shades as shown online.It may be used on the entire face or body for color correction, darkening or lightening the skin tones, and ensuring ideal balance. As the foundation contains an SPF 30, I did do a flash test (which I show you in the video) and it does not give any flash back, which is a definite bonus.

The tube is hard to squeeze and the foundation is like a very thick cream that does not melt or have any fluidity at all to it. As with many of the best foundations on the market, this product was initially developed as a professional product. The pigmentation is very extreme and only a pea sized drop is required for full face coverage which is quite remarkable! DERMACOL MAKE-UP COVER provides PERFECT COVERAGE even in thin layers and is the perfect corrector for dark under-eye, unpleasant spots and skin blemishes.
