Once you have a complete color set, you can start buying Hotels. You don't have to wait until your turn. If you land here, put your token in the Just Visiting section, and say hello to any cheaters in Jail. When you think that someone's cheated, call out, 'CHEAT!', and explain how they cheated before the next player rolls the dice. In each country’s version of Monopoly, players will receive the same amount of starting money in the same denomination of notes. The only difference is that the Monopoly money will be called dollars, pounds, Euros, or whatever the currency is of the country in question. Older versions of Monopoly will have currencies like French Francs or Spanish Pesetas.
As you read these rules, you'll also notice that there's no mortgaging and there aren't any Houses, just Hotels, because cheaters like to start at the top.
Game Play
If you ran out of money and can't pay someone. Then, you will be needed to sell properties to The Bank for the face value or to another player for an agreed-upon price. If you can't raise the money to pay off a debt. Then, you are bankrupt and out of the game. Give the player you owe all the cards you have left. If you owe The Bank, then all of your properties will be auctioned off.
They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays. Shuffle the Cheat cards and place them in the Bank tray. Draw 5 cards, and place them face up, with the cheat showing, here, one in each place. Cheat! If the Escape Artist Cheat card is face up on the board, you can try to secretly move your token out of Jail! Place the Title Deeds card next to their matching spaces. Each player chooses the token and place it on GO. Move your token to the In Jail space immediately! Do not collect M200 for passing GO. Then put the handcuffs on, and place the base beneath the board near your seat.
End of the Game
You should admit your failed cheat, turn over the card and follow the punishment instructions, which will often involve a trip to jail or a financial punishment (or both). If someone wrongly accuses you of cheating This mode requires close attention to the game - maybe even a little paranoia - and you'll need to make some house rules to deal with the really wild cheats. Some things may happen that these rules won't cover. Play at your own risk! You can buy, sell or swap Property with other players at any time. Property can be traded for cash, other Property and/or Get Out of Jail Free cards. The amount is decided by the players making the deal. However, included in the Monopoly Cheaters Edition rules is the ‘Ultimate Cheater’s Mode’ where you can do whatever you want.
