About this deal
We don’t have Shake Shack in our area, so to be honest, I have no idea about the excitement of this, but your burger looks delish!
In the past year I’ve only made the trek twice, so when I saw this recipe I knew it was a must-make. I’m getting verklempt, guys… I had a moment and that moment was a realization that I didn’t dislike burgers I disliked those monstrous things that were all the rage a few years ago.I found I really only needed about a minute per side to get a medium-rare burger and it really smoked up my kitchen… but totally worth it! Lizzie: I live in the UK where potato buns (sadly) aren’t a thing either, but Cook’s Illustrated had a recipe a few years ago that I use all the time: http://laurassweetspot. We had a Shake Shack within 15 minutes of our house, and although we didn’t eat there often, I have this dreadful habit of missing things more once I’ve left them.
