Satya ( Ram Pothineni) is an MBBS graduate who relocates to Kurnool with his mother after receiving a job as a doctor in a government hospital. Satya also learns about Guru ( Aadhi Pinisetty), a ruthless gangster, whose company has been manufacturing poisonous saline and is involved in the medical mafia. This results in the deaths of 3 children in the hospital that Satya works at, but the police do not pay heed as they are afraid of Guru's atrocities. Satya lodges a complaint against Guru with sufficient evidence against him. Guru learns of this and brutally thrashes Satya at the Konda Reddy Fort and hangs him, leaving for dead. However, Satya is saved by his hospital dean, Dr. Robert ( Jayaprakash), and leaves the city in an ambulance, barely alive, along with his mother and pregnant sister.
