Specific software like Steam may install custom Lower Filter drivers that interfere with the Pro BFG’s communication with the app.

To recharge your controller, connect the included USB-C Cable to the USB-C port on the controller, and the other end into your PS5™/PS4™/PC’s USB Port. Both the right and left sides of the controller have control modules that can be removed in seconds with the included hex screwdriver.
