My only problem was that the lining of the insulated bag started separating after a couple of months so I had to duct tape it to keep it together. The other problem is the bag is extremely small, nowhere to really put anything cold about big enough for two water bottles and no ice pack those are my only two complaints other than that the product is fantastic.
We default to 2 hours of heating to guarantee all types of food are heated thoroughly, even frozen foods.As a truck driver that works at the ports, I’m forced to bring my lunch to work every day, because I never know where I’ll end up taking my lunch break. By other hand , I contacted support to know if it was made in USA , and I found out that the first models are mande in USA, but as we all know Chinese labor is 1000% cheaper and now are made in China. The amount of money saved clearly paid off quickly and the best part is they actually get a hot meal they enjoy without the cost or hassle of LA traffic.
I do own one of the Lil trays that goes inside with the green lid but they don’t fit very well and I would rather just have a metal tray with 2 sections in it. When we received our package I was a little disappointed because we were missing one of the containers. The company has fixed the problem and my kids have been very happy with hot lunches for over a year.
This product does require maintenance to the battery from time to time but overall a very good product. When there’s no leftovers, in the morning it takes only a minute or two to fill the container with frozen veggies, frozen precooked sausage, and a little salad dressing for flavoring. But LunchEAZE’s automatic heating means there’s zero waiting, your food is hot and ready right on your mealtime.
It works amazing, but the reason I gave it a 4 star is because the charge is good to warm up one meal. I have received plenty of compliments by my coworkers on the luncheaze and I have referred them all to one. Only downside is the bag is a little flimsy, I probably should have gone with the upgrades bag for my line of work. The only thing I wish it could do is lock the buttons so you wouldn’t be able to adjust the time or temperature by mistake. I was looking at a recipe one of the ladies I follow and she said I’m putting the leftover away in my husbands lunchbox and you can save 30% off.It was no effort and with that lack of effort LunchEAZE changed this average meal to a taste symphony! My husband is in love with it, hot lunches are something he looks foward to, cold sandwiches are now only served when I’m mad.

I love to use it in the winter time, I’m often working in area with no power, let alone heat so having a nice warm lunch in the middle day is awesome!I showed him and he said no it’s to expensive so I surprised him for Christmas with the meal prep LunchEAZE original one and let me tell you it has paid for itself within a month. With the outbreak of covid it just made more sense to have this and not have to share company microwave with others limiting the risk to get sick. She doesn’t like to wait in line and she loves my cooking, so it’s extremely convenient for her to unpack her lunch and have it hot and ready to eat right away.
