It’s definitely long-lasting, and I could easily go a whole day (say, 8 am to 8 pm) without touching up and still feeling content with the state of my face. As with most makeup products, it does show some signs of wear after a whole day of wear — it creases a little under the eyes and redness slowly starts to peak through — but compared to others I’ve tried, it’s still a winner. Something that is interesting about this whole new revamp, and new shades is that they’ve posted this notice:

At the minute, the new Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer is only available at selected retailers which right now I believe is just Boots.

Let’s take a little look at my honest review of the Lasting Perfection Concealer… If I had to use only one makeup product for the rest of my life, I would choose concealer every single time. As someone who is prone to acne scarring, has chronic dark circles and spends a lot of time trying to minimise her uneven skin tone, it's safe to say I rely heavily on concealer. Considering I don't really wear foundation, I use concealer in a myriad of ways. Not only does it disguise my under-eye bags, eradicate any signs of breakouts and cover up any redness, but it also works to even out my skin in a way that just leaves me feeling better about myself.

No sales fluff here, gals and guys — this is the real deal!

So yeah, as you can tell — I bloody love it. In my opinion — and with price and performance in mind — this is hands down the best concealer for acne. Let me explain why this product deserves its cult status: I love it so much, in fact, that I’d call it my single biggest makeup favourite of all time. Shade 14 Medium Caramel – For Medium to dark skin tones with an orange underdone. Previously named 5A, Cool Deep Okay, I’ve rambled for long enough now — if you’ve got this far (props to you), you probably wanna see this thing in action. With that said, I personally don’t think makeup helped or hindered my acne. I tried going without it for three weeks (as an experiment) and my skin didn’t improve or get any worse. I’ve also never noticed any correlation between where I put this concealer and where I put spots — for example, I usually put some on my chin and between my eyebrows, but rarely get spots there.
