About this deal

Nishane, a fragrance house that's high up in my book. All the way up? No, actually first place. But why? The fragrances that come from the Turkish fragrance manufactory are all unique, deep in character, enormous in durability and sillage, and you always have the feeling that they lead a fragrance direction to perfection. This also happened in the case of "Hacivats". That fruity, woody, fresh scent that I would recognize among 1000 different scents. I would smell him even among all the Aventus dupes. Yes, you heard right, this is "again" a fragrance that goes in the famous direction of the old. But somehow it is also completely different and in addition the best thing my nose was ever allowed to sniff. I'd like to explain myself

Aventus is well known for its ability to almost irradiate everything in its immediate vicinity with its scent, a quality with which Hacivat can surprisingly keep up with, and sometimes even surpass, it. Especially after spraying it on, it projects extremely, I applied it with a single squirt while walking in the park and it accompanied me strongly perceptible for over an hour like a dense air honeycomb. But in the long run it doesn't reach the Aventus completely, it still fires after a few hours, while Hacivat is still well perceptible but not at this extreme level. But durability is far above average for both fragrances. I love the opening of Hacivat. The tartness of grapefruit and bergamot, combined with the juicy and semi-sweet realistic pineapple, literally wakes up all of your senses. It’s a spectacular opening that almost anyone would love. I mean, who doesn’t love the smell of crisp fruits and citruses? This fresh start is powerful, and you can see that Nishane didn’t cheap out on the oils inside. It’s a refined and skillfully blended composition thanks to the talented Jorge Lee.

RADNO VREME

These fragrances are made in collaboration with some of the finest perfumers, and that shows. Many Nishane fragrances have recently gained the spotlight, purely because of how nice they are. Although the fragrance house is quite young, names like Nishane Ani and Nishane Hacivat are already becoming staples in the fragrance world. Why on earth pineapple?! I don't get it. What Yesterday by the Beatles in cover songs is pineapple for men's fragrance. If I sing Yesterday louder, it doesn't mean the song gets better The heart of the fragrance is dominated by vibrant citruses and a heavy dose of ambroxan. I can also detect something floral, but it’s clear that the jasmine used here is an aroma chemical replacement, and nothing like the pure jasmine oil from Grasse that we can see in scents such as Chanel No.5. To my nose, cedarwood is undetectable until the full dry down where you can feel that Iso E Super lifting from the base. The house of Nishane is a niche fragrance house, founded in Turkey by Mert Güzel and Murat Katran. This fragrance house originated in Istanbul and released their first fragrances in 2013. Over the last couple of years, the house of Nishane has created more than 30 well-crafted, high-quality fragrances. Niche houses similar to Nishane are Tiziana Terenzi, Penhaligon’s, Nasomatto, Carner Barcelona, and Xerjoff!

I would like to go into the scent process mainly on peculiarities that I have noticed, other perfumers have already described the fragrance in their comments masterfully anyway and their noses are probably much more accurate than mine. Scent: Nishane Hacivat is a fantastic fresh fragrance with a scent of woods and citruses. This fragrance opens really fruity, with a most noticeable scent of pineapple. This pineapple note is supported by some fresh citruses, creating a juicy, fresh scent. When this fragrance starts to dry down, some floral notes become present, as well as a strong scent of woods. This creates an overall fresh, but warm fragrance with an extremely safe and likable scent. Truly a fantastic release from the house of Nishane. Please don't get me wrong, Hacivat is by no means a bad scent. My disappointment only came from the fact that I imagined a gentle, balanced from the start, slightly fruity-woody freshie. So it's no wonder that I left it for now and devoted more time to the other fragrance I had been sent. Yesterday, however, I looked at Hacivat again and found that it had more to offer than I originally thought. Notes: The top notes of Nishane Hacivat are pineapple, bergamot, and grapefruit. The middle notes are cedar, patchouli, and jasmine. The base notes are oakmoss and woody notes. Conclusion: Hacivat is in my eyes a successful sparkling citrus fragrance with woody-green undertones and fruity nuances. However, who expects an Aventus clone with better durability and silage, will probably be disappointed. The scent opens similar to the standard fruity chypre profile that everybody knows now from scents like Aventus, Hacivat etc. However, I notice that this smells bright - where's the oud? It is mild to the point where the first accord I notice when smelling the scent after the top notes fade is one of a sweet, minty freshness. By minute 15, the accords are more clearer in that I notice the same vanilla visible in Ani Extrait de Parfum, yet the flanking minty-fresh patchouli is the note here that is the equivalent of the oakmoss in the original Hacivat. By the 1 hour mark, the scent is exclusively made up of this patchouli. In the drydown, I find a lot of resemblance to Clive Christian's Anniversary Collection - 150: Timeless which similarly has a sweetened minty-aromatic drydown with lavender & vetiver. A Nishane szó jelentése, szimbólum. I'd suggest this one for when you really, truly want to get people's attention. I understand it's a compliment magnet (perhaps even moreso than Aventus itself,) and it could be the right thing if you're a bit concerned everyone smells like Aventus these days, and if you have a lot of money to throw around. I was not able to detect a large odour transition during my tests and different weather conditions. This somewhat abstract-artificial wood impression certainly lasts for weeks on clothes and outlasts even the strongest wash cycle. I had imagined a scent that is balanced, elusive and fascinating. I got a scent that starts strikingly and bores me a little bit towards the end.
