There are two types of Profiles. Comfort levels and Switching Times. Comfort levels are used for thermostats and Switching Times for Timers. What we are looking at is the 2.4GHz channel number of your router, it will be a number between 1 and 13.

Smart Profiles- Create a heating program and assign to one or more rooms. All rooms are updated automatically when any changes are made. When the heating is preheating (warming your home ready for the start of your heating program) Shown in green. Changing your Program Mode, Temperature Format, Heating Levels settings will result in your stored profiles being deleted.

Recipes can be used to run a series of actions, such as boost the Hot Water and turn up the Heating for a number of rooms. Also, the where the neoHub is placed can also cause issues. For example, I would avoid having the neoHub directly above or below your router as that is where the router’s signal is strongest. This time is the maximum preheat you want the thermostat to use. The thermostat will calculate exactly how much preheat time is required, and will automatically adjust this day by day. This setting is a limit on the amount of preheat the thermostat will use. Setting 0 disables this function.

Profiles are stored in the neoHub and are transferred to the neoStat when applied. This means your heating is never dependant on the neoHub and will continue to operate should the hub or internet fail.
