Deepwater riser is the main connecting member between the floating offshore platform and the seabed wellhead, and it is the key part of the whole submarine pipeline system. Generally, there is high-pressure oil or air flow passing through the riser, and the external part bears the action of wave and current load (PRCI 1987). There are essentially two kinds of risers, namely, rigid risers and flexible risers. A hybrid riser is the combination of these two. At present, there is no unified classification of deepwater riser, but according to its structure and use, it can be roughly classified as follows:
