If you are very conscious about your brands and want to buy something budget-friendly, then the Sony SSCS3 is the one you choose. Today we are having a speaker royal rumble as we look at the Jamo S809 and Polk T50. These are two fantastic floor standing speakers that are very popular and quite comparable in many ways. I thought it would be a fun matchup and I did manage to watch quite a few movies and listen to a lot of music with these things and I wanted to share my thoughts on both the Jamo S809 and the Polk T50 speakers. We wanted to push the T50s a little to see how they can perform under pressure so going for the 4K UHD version of Saving Private Ryan was an obvious choice. The film’s Dolby Atmos mix has the necessary weight and a lot of low frequencies to really stress any speaker especially in the opening and final sequences that are the highlights of the film.
