Told in multiple POVs, we are given insight to situations each is unaware of and how they are coping mentally with it. Resonating with readers worldwide regardless of their background, his fiction has a sense of universality to it that sets them apart.

Nicola feels a bit insecure because Kim is richer and more fit than she is but she loves Kim so much that she doesn't let it get to her until she stumbles upon a secret. Overall: The Holiday Home is a fast-paced entertaining story with some flaws that doesn't require much attention making it an easy one to listen to. It didn’t help that the main characters were dumb as a box of rocks and there were plot holes you could drive a truck through.

A mystery thriller with a self-contained story, it’s brief and to the point, making for a very entertaining casual read.
