About this deal

VCORE SOC Voltage set to v1.028 - Could not set to v1.025 as suggested as it seems my BIOS only has .022 and .028 options :( Glad to report that the system did POST and everything seems to be working smoothly. Did some mem testing for around 10 minutes and it didnt crash, so I guess the pc is usable for now. I will stress test and benchmark tomorrow, too tired now. Tried entering the memory timings by using the Ryzen DRAM calculator (every which way that I found on the www)

I switched the graphics card, pulled out single frame dice and the error is always. could it be the CPU ??? :( Furthermore I had to reduce the system memory multiplier. With me the system runs stable, if I set the multiplier from 32.00 to 31.33. Assuming your chips are the same kind of Samsung as mine (based on version) it may exhibit similar properties to mine.Unfortunately, I too have faced these issues over the past few months. Since trying the settings from @RBurgundy's initial post, I have set all other values from tRC onwards to Auto. If you get a good match that may be what you really have if there is any doubt. Keep in mind dram calculator is suggesting what you can use. The situation may very from system to system anyway. If your problem is you can't get your XMP kit to run at XMP frequency then start with JEDEC speeds first (2133 to 2666) with XMP DRAM voltage.

After this second RMA, I decided to further try out manual timings for the RAM kit. I had tried this earlier - and followed the ryzen dram calculator settings to the letter - but those also gave me errors. This time, I decided to just set the first five values in BIOS to the exact same as XMP would: 16-18-18-18-36. I noticed that my board would set the sixth value to 75, while XMP sets this to 54. So I tried dialing it down and ended up with 55 and 56 and everything ran fin without errors at 56.I bought the second "CMW32GX4M2C3200C16", unfortunately it didn't want to work on 3200Mhz, or even lower ~2600Mhz. This was stable up until this morning, despite several days of it working fine and 600% scope in MEMBench from DRAM Calculator 1.7.3 returning no errors! My online research has found till now that everyone with hynix chip (RAM version 5.39) have the Intel optimized(B) module while those who owns the samsung b-die (RAM version 4.31) have the AMD Optimized(Z) module. Guys, I had two BSOD's lately. One was caused by IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL. The other one from POOL CORRUPTION IN FILE AREA. My PC is approximetly two weeks old. At first 32GB RAM (2*16GB, ver. 4.21) CMW32GX4M2C3200C16 was set with default values. Then I decided to turn XMP profile on at F11 BIOS of Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite. The PC was working fine few days. Suddenly I got two BSOD's today (mentioned above). After that I decided to give the settings from this topic a try. And I will leave you a note after few days observation.

Not fully supported it said AND all of the info I am seeing is straight up wrong. When I XMP the values do not match what it says. What my XMP sets is not what Aida64 says the XMP will set (@ 1600 MHz 25-18-18-36 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 54-559-415-255-9-6-36 (RC-RFC1-RFC2-RFC4-RRDL-RRDS-FAW) which is so far off it isn't even funny). Running Memory Stress Test in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility BSOD if I run for more than 30 min even if XMP is disabled in bios. I have the Gigabyte X570 AORUS ELITE with Bios rel. F10 and Corsair 32GB DDR4-3200 RAM CMK32GX4M2B3200C16. I tried what you described above, but unfortunately it did not help, my system just rebooted after testing with prime95, but there was no BSOD screen. I also tried changing timings with Ryzen DRAM calculator on the samsung b-die and samsung OEM profiles, but also got BSOD

In particular this is a good way to get what your motherboard decides to use by default for termination, cad bus, and misc values. This provides a base point where you know what values already work. It may be that the CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (Optimized for Intel) is using the less expensive and worse hynix chips (they have problems with AM4 but works good with Intel) while I'm sorry to revive an old thread but i'm investigating the issue and I have a theory that i could not confirm or discard as invalid. Running stable on 10c with Win 10 v1909, overnight MemTest86 showed zero errors. Edited November 13, 2019 by RBurgundy How long have you used your new cpu. Did you sell your your old cpu or it was accepted as faulty by amd and replaced?

When I have XMP disabled everything works normally, but in windows system events I have "LiveKernelEvent 141". [this error usually means a hardware error/damage] I wonder if any of you have it in connection with the instability of the XMP profile, and not only... I was trying for weeks to get my memory stable at 3600MHz. I tried many different settings offered by the Ryzen DRAM Calculator and non of them worked for me. I was never able to post after applying values provided by the calculator.
