About this deal

This paste is used to flavouring the rice used in biryanis and other Pakistani dishes. It contains spices such as cumin, cardamom, and cloves. Finally, there is chaat masala. Add the roasted ingredients to a grinder or a food processor along with 4 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon asafetida (hing), and 4 teaspoon dry mango powder (amchoor). I actually have a recipe already, just wasn’t sure if people would be interested yet, was waiting to judge by the response and yeah, so far so good. I’ll put it up shortly.
