You have to get glammed for this job so that requires wearing make-up. You have to look ready because photoshoots are often done and Hooters image is all about attractive young women. On October 17, 2021, Hooters released a statement saying their employees were able to choose whether or not they wanted to wear the new uniforms, or continue wearing the old ones.
