I often get asked for products recommendations for gluten free mixes and products. When you’re just starting out gluten free (or cooking for a friend or family member) it can be a bit overwhelming. Sometimes, it’s just easier to have a mix on hand. (We get it!) For this recipe, I've tested making gluten-free, dairy-free brownies with dairy-free butter, dairy-free milk, and dairy-free chocolate chips, which taste delicious. I haven't tried making this dairy-free using oil. I imagine it'd be even closer to a cake texture.
