Next to the central room of the laboratory is a Brain Puzzle that is solved using nodes to connect organs of matching color. This trailwill require playersto traverse a gap using invisible platforms. Enter the chasm from the left and walk over it until you reach the left statue. There is a little side chamber with a lever at each corner of the room. Navigate through these four side rooms, interacting with the levers to lower all of the lanterns and finally extinguish the light. Within our membership we have a large gathering who had their first period of membership kindly bought for them by a relative or friend, often as a birthday or Christmas present and we are delighted to report that a large proportion of these members have remained in the library for years, often decades, to come. Thankfully we have enough puzzles to ensure that the same puzzle is never knowingly sent out twice! First, however, it’s worth heading south of the Library and into the room with the Star Map. Take a careful look at the map, and if you can, attempt to screenshot it while Heimat is at the northmost point. This will come in handy for the puzzle! From the Gauntlet of Shar Waypoint, go down the stairs on the north, continue to walk along the hallway, and then descend on the right and through the first door. Refer to the exact location. Seriously, I can’t get enough. That said, however, navigating the facility that you find yourself in and figuring out where to go next isn’t always straight-forward, as is usually the case with these games. A small collection of puzzles that saw me stumped involved Signalis’ Astrolabe, and I doubt I’m alone with that.Following your prayer at the Altar, proceed to the side room. Break open the door, which will lead you to the next area. Within this area, a chest situated at the center contains a Jade Gem. Defeat the cloaker and then collect the Jade Gem Place Umbral Gemstones in Altar Inside of the Library, you’ll find a puzzle. This puzzle requires you to use the control panel to move an item, and you will be aiming to put this item in the red slot shown below. It can be very helpful to stay above and range the undead at the bottom of the pit, before jumping down. Like many of Signalis’ puzzles, this one can be solved easily with a little trial and error. Once the puzzle is complete, you’ll acquire the Astrolabe. Personally, I had to move the original item around into the lower left corner, two to three more moves after this and toward the red slot, and it was solved. Signalis Astrolabe Star Map Puzzle The components here consist of the puzzle pieces, the picture itself and also the quiz sheet where you write your answers. So first up, the puzzle pieces. These are relatively chunky cardboard with lovely clean edges. The most important thing in a jigsaw to my mind is how easy they are to put together. This gets an A* from me, there were no accidental placements and it was relatively easy to distinguish the shape you were looking for.
