I applied this in the morning under my makeup, and at night before bed. The next morning my skin looked and felt really good. It felt very hydrated and my skin looked plump and youthful. It applies smoothly, is very hydrating but not greasy and most importantly hypo-allergenic. For the past few years, I've added the Moisture Surge products. I guess that my longevity in using Dramatically Different is a testimony to my approval. Please don't change the formula...I agree with other reviewers about the facial itching around cheeks and chin. There’s no scent to this moisturizer, which is great for those of you who are sensitive to fragrance. If anything, I could maybe smell a slight baby powder smell, but that was only if I really tried.
