We can repair manufacturing faults however we are unable to repair goods that have been damaged in use. This is normally caused either by the pool not being set up on flat level ground or someone standing or leaning on the frame of the pool. We would suggest moving the pool to a more suitable location. We would also advise that you do not stand on the frame of the pool, the ladder must be used for entering and exiting the pool. This type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty so you may need to replace parts.

Can You Get Pool Heaters For Above Ground Pools?

Due to the weight and size of the item, delivery to the Republic of Ireland, EIRE and Channel Islands is not available.
