The Gup-A is a multi-purpose vehicle based on an anglerfish and it is one of the most used Gups in the Main Series. Its speed is moderate, but it has a turbo booster can make it go almost as fast as the Gup-B (as seen in The Giant Whirlpool). It is one of the only Gups that appear in the books with a fairly consistent design before the 2010 TV show’s release. Gup-T - It was built after a sea pig, and is a rescue rover. It is probably going to be used for seafloor or land traveling hence the wheels. Like Shellington with the Gup-D, Kwazii has an unexpected tendency to crash the Gup-B, especially when he goes too fast. Gup-B - a shark-styled Gup with one seat. Known for its fast speed and acceleration, it is Kwazii's favorite Gup. He mainly uses it for a lot of the missions the Octonauts go on. Other times, he will use it to race other creatures who love a good challenge. In some episodes, some creatures mistake it for a real shark and get scared. It includes a tiger shark disguise, flying fish mode, and a turbo booster. Gup-M - an upcoming Gup. Not much is known about it. The toy has already been made. It stands for Mudskipper and Motorcycle. It was also featured in the credits of some episodes.

Gup-P - inspired by the parrotfish, the GUP-P is a specialized, first responder emergency vehicle. with a simple press of the tail, this versatile Gup transforms into a medical station – equipped with an Octo x-ray viewer – where Kwazii can treat the parrotfish and transport it to safety. It can also make huge jets of bubbles.The Gup-G is a Mobile Operations Base capable of deploying other Gups. Modeled like a salamander, the Gup-G can walk on land, swim at sea, and carry all the Octonauts in between. More ⇉ Although Kwazii is the Gup's default pilot, Peso and Tweak have been seen at the crafts wheel on a few occasions. In The Spinner Dolphins, Kwazii was able to use the Gup to act like a spinner dolphin and lead the dolphins (while asleep and awake) out of the trash in the bay.

The Octonauts GUP-A toy whale is perfect for play on the land or in the water at bath time - and we think the designers at Fisher Price have created a brilliant version of one of the favourite vehicles from the show. Gup-G - a Gup based on a salamander. Fitting because it appears in the episode The Yangtze River and in The Chinese Giant Salamander episode, the salamander captures Min the Mapmaker. The mouth can open up and act as a way to enter or exit the ocean or land. It is able to fit everyone inside. Using its mouth, it can also release certain Gups.The Gup-E is a Gup with two separate cargo bays. Both cargo bay windows can be opened to allow creatures and Octonauts to enter and leave the Gup easily. It is Peso's preferred Gup, as it is often used as an ambulance Gup. Gup-C - a large Gup, based on a Bowhead whale, with a large towline. This is the only Gup Shellington can pilot safely. The towline is for pulling Gups out of wedged objects. The window at the top is used for the icebreaker attachment. It may not have been the best Gup for driving, but it was a perfect shelter for the sea creatures who lost their reef during a hurricane. It is the only Gup where the Octonauts must wear diving equipment (helmet, oxygen tank, deep-sea suit (aka sting-proof suit), heat-proof diving suit, suction suit), as there is no outer shell nor window to help them stay dry. Kwazii is very protective towards the Gup, not wanting to let it out of his sight, as seen in The Octonauts and the Ring of Fire.

Gup-N - The Gup-N is an upcoming Gup. Nothing is known about it. It has only been seen on the Octonauts Gup Alphabet Chart with a question mark as the picture. Gups are special underwater submarine-like vehicles that the Octonauts use. There are currently 26 Gups (not including the so called " Terra Gups" from Octonauts: Above and Beyond) known in Octonauts, but not all of them have been seen. Most have appeared in the episodes and specials of the series, and at least 5 have appeared in the two movies ( The Underwater Caves of Sac Actun , Octonauts and the Great Barrier Reef and the The Octonauts Movie: The Ring of Fire.). Gup-U - an upcoming Gup. The toy is made already by fisher-price. Not much information is known about this Gup at the moment. Though based on the picture. It looks like it's based on a frogfish (quoted by Dinotrux18). Gup-K - The Gup-K was invented by Tweak. It is half swamp boat and half tank. Barnacles drove the Gup-K in The Great Swamp Search to save the Everglades from a wildfire. Its design was based on an alligator. Tweak had the idea for this Gup since she was a little bunny. Her father, Ranger Marsh, tends to call it a big, noisy hunk of junk, mainly because he did not understand her way with her "gadgets and gizmos". Though, he came to understand its use and found it quite enjoyable to ride in, especially when it went underwater in The Nine Banded Armadillo.In The Damselfish episode, Peso drives the Gup for the first time and calls it a "Getaway Gup." He feels nervous at first, but soon finds that driving it is pretty fun.
